Situation
Long Acre Partners faced with the increasing challenge of meeting technology needs brought on by their rapid expansion, employed LANIX to further secure their network and provide extended storage abilities.
Solution
LANIX installed 5 new servers to implement large storage capacity facility. Further security enhancements core to the rollout was active directory, enabling simplified management of the entire infrastructure. Lead by our technical director and his industry voice on migration from NT to Windows 2003 Servers, it is here that LANIX afforded the opportunity to install a complete networking infrastructure upgrade to support the everyday messaging, data management and collaboration needs of the organisation.
The task was successfully project managed from the planning stage right through to the test and system rollout. The system was successfully migrated from Windows NT to Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition.
